How do I login to the portal?

Use the phone number associated to the account, and any case number that you received.

To access the portal, providers can now log in at any time using any active or previous case number, along with their phone number. If you have recently joined the Care Solace onboarding page and have not yet received a case number, a magic link will be sent to your email, allowing you to log in and edit your profile.
