Care Solace, a trailblazer in the field of mental health care coordination, is pleased to welcome Marshall Moncrief as the recently appointed Chief Integration Officer. Marshall's extensive experience and unwavering dedication to improving mental health care and community support make him a valuable asset to the Care Solace team.

Care Solace simplifies the process of connecting individuals in need to mental health care — as well as assisting those seeking support for food, housing, and affordable medical and dental care. The company is a reliable resource for K-12 school districts, municipalities, and employers.

In his role, Marshall will be responsible for enhancing the integration of Care Solace's vast network of clinical and community partners, ensuring excellence in care quality and accessibility for the communities we serve.

Marshall holds an executive MBA in healthcare management, and he is a licensed psychotherapist. He previously served as the founding Chief Executive Officer of Be Well OC, where he played a pivotal role in developing a world-class care system for Orange County residents. His commitment to this cause extended to his service as a commissioner for the Orange County Commission to End Homelessness.

"As Care Solace continues to advance its mission, we are excited to have Marshall Moncrief join our leadership team," said Chad Castruita, founder and CEO of Care Solace. "Marshall's wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to enhancing mental health care and community support align perfectly with our vision. His expertise will be instrumental in driving our mission forward, and we look forward to the positive impact he will make on the communities we serve.”

With over two decades of experience in leadership roles in mental health and addiction services, including positions at St Joseph Hospital, Hoag Health, and Providence, Marshall Moncrief is well-equipped to lead the integration of clinical and community partners.

Established in 2017, Care Solace has expanded its network to encompass over 425,000 providers catering to 850+ organizations nationwide.

“For those struggling with mental health and substance use challenges, finding care is like navigating a maze. Care Solace recognizes that when you or a loved one is in need, access is everything. Our mission is clear: Connect those in need with the right care, at the right time, in the right place. I'm honored and excited to join this incredible team.”
