Our Customer Success Team (CST) serves as the primary point of contact for our clients who are both K-12 and Higher Education school systems. As part of this team, the goal of the Customer Success Coordinator is to support our clients and stakeholders (counselors, school psychologists, mental health staff, etc.) by working in tandem with our Customer Success Managers. This will primarily be accomplished through facilitating training for users of our service, and ongoing support to these users. Attention to detail is essential. The ideal candidate should be a great communicator with the ability to effectively describe complicated ideas to different audiences. Care Solace is seeking a motivated intern who is currently working on an advanced degree in Social Work, Psychology or Sociology and is ready to apply knowledge of best practices and processes in a fast-paced, real-world environment. We can provide assignments in both Administration and Community Development. The intern will assist in writing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations. This will be a valuable experience for any student pursuing a career in assisting people in need and will prepare them for managerial and leadership roles in the future.
This provides at a minimum of 20 hours a week assignment in supporting students, staff members and their respective families from school institutions located across the United States.
