Q: Where/How do I access Care Solace?
You may access your district link to either: 1) search for a provider on your own; or 2) contact us by clicking “Talk to Us” in the top right corner of the screen.
Q: What insurance providers do Care Solace work with?
Care Solace will find a provider that accepts your insurance. If you don’t have insurance we will work to find a provider with a sliding fee scale for services. This means that the provider is able to provide services based on the family’s ability to pay. Some of these providers are completely free, but there is no guarantee.
Q: What is the cost of Care Solace services?
Care Solace is a completely free service. The providers we match you with will either accept your insurance or operate on a sliding scale/out of pocket fee. If you would like a member of the Care Team to help you, please contact us at email@example.com.
Q: I did a search through my school’s Care Solace link and got matched to a long list of resources that accept my insurance. How do I book an appointment with one of these?
The phone number for the direct line to book an appointment is listed on the results page with each specific resource. If you’d like assistance booking an appointment, our Care Team is available 24/7/365 to help you book an appointment.
Q: How do I get in contact with the Care Team to help me book an appointment?

Q: Should I search on my own for a provider or call the Care Team?
You can do either! Feel free to search for a provider completely anonymously and confidentially, or give our Care Team a call for assistance finding a resource and setting up an appointment.
Q: Does Care Solace provide treatment?
Care Solace is a care coordination service and cannot provide assessment, diagnosis, or treatment. We connect you with community-based providers.
Q: I don’t want anyone to know that I am seeking help. How does Care Solace protect user information?
Care Solace is a FERPA compliant care coordinator and all of our user information is stored on a secure network. To find out more about our FERPA compliance, please click the link on your district’s page.
Q: What age range does Care Solace work with?
Care Solace has resources available for all ages, genders, and income levels.
Q: How do I get my school’s link and access the Care Solace services?
