Care Solace Announces New Chief Product Officer

CARDIFF, Calif., Sept. 29, 2023Care Solace, a leader in mental health care coordination, named Vasudha Mithal as its new Chief Product Officer. Mithal is an experienced product management leader who has dedicated her career to working with teams to reinvent mental health care using the most advanced data science to deliver personalized care on demand.


Care Solace streamlines communication and coordination to connect individuals seeking mental health care, as well as those requiring assistance with food, housing, and affordable medical and dental care, with the right resources and appropriate level of care for their needs. The company specializes in working with K-12 school districts, municipalities, and employers by acting as a trusted source to help navigate the system.


Mithal will oversee a wide range of priorities including managing workflows and helping integrate customer experience teams' data into the network. She will also lead a product team that coordinates with providers and social service networks nationwide.

Before joining the Care Solace team, Mithal worked as senior director of product management for Headspace Health (formerly known as Ginger) and before that, she was senior product manager at Linkedin. She attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
