Welcome to Our Blog

Welcome to Our Blog

Dear Care Solace Community,

Welcome to our new blog! We are thrilled to begin sharing insights about mental health care that will inform, encourage, and empower you.

Navigating the complex system of mental health care is difficult. Frustrating. Exhausting. Finding the right support shouldn’t be so hard. We get it — and it’s our mission to make accessing mental health care easier.

At Care Solace, it’s our mission to quickly connect individuals, families, and organizations with the best mental health services available. We will help you sort through provider options and insurance. You don’t have to do it by yourself.

We’re also committed to helping the helpers. Mental health providers are doing a lot with limited resources, and their mental health needs to be cared for, too. We’ll do our best to offer useful and inspiring information that supports those supporting others.

Everyone deserves the right mental health support and resources, so that they can live healthy, happy, and fulfilling lives. We hope that this blog will be something that adds real value to your life — and something you actually look forward to reading.

Thank you for being a part of our community!

Sincerely,
Chad Castruita, Founder & CEO of Care Solace
